All products are shipped from South Korea. We ship out packages within 48 business hours once we get orders.

We use Fedex Express for USA, Canada and European shipping. 

We use DHL Express for Rest of the world shipping. 

The tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address.

Delivery Information (Name, Address) needs to be provided in English except for the Korean local orders.

Please provide a reachable contact number for successful delivery.

Customers located in Brazil must provide CPF(14)/CNPJ(18) number to shop@seoulguidemedical.com

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Turkey due to customs issue. 

All sales are final. Every item cannot be refunded.

 

For items damaged in transit, we will only issue partial refund for the damaged product. We will need a photo or any other physical evidence that the product is damaged in order for us to issue a partial refund.

** SGM is not responsible for customer's country government's restriction on purchase of any cosmetic products from overseas.

Will I be charged import tax? 

** Not all countries have import tax but if you do SGM is not responsible for customer's local import taxes. DHL will contact you for local import tax, if you didn't get any information about local import tax, please contact your country's DHL service for information about local import tax. For more information about import tax on your home country please contact local custom's office. 

** Any delivery restriction due to Covid19 will be kept in our storage and be sent out once the delivery is possible.
